These Terms of Service explain the rules for using TikView. By using tikview.org, you agree to use the service only for lawful public-link viewing, profile lookup, and supported media actions.

Service Description

TikView is an independent browser utility for opening supported public TikTok links, including public stories, profiles, videos, and downloadable media actions when available. TikView does not provide access to private accounts, friends-only content, deleted posts, restricted content, or content that requires a personal TikTok login.

Public Content and Third-Party Sources

TikView works with public links and third-party data sources. We do not control TikTok, ByteDance, creator accounts, third-party platforms, or the availability of their content. Public content may change, become unavailable, or stop returning supported media actions at any time.

User Responsibilities

By using TikView, you agree that you will:

  • Use TikView only for lawful purposes and lawful public content access.
  • Respect creator rights, copyrights, platform rules, and applicable laws.
  • Not use TikView to access, download, share, or redistribute content you do not have the right to use.
  • Not attempt to bypass private accounts, login screens, access controls, rate limits, security controls, or service restrictions.
  • Not misuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with TikView or its infrastructure.

No Account Credentials

TikView does not ask for TikTok passwords, verification codes, recovery emails, private account credentials, or payment information for the public search flow. Do not enter private credentials into TikView.

Downloads and Copyright

Download actions appear only when supported public media data is available. You are responsible for how you use any file, link, or public media result returned through TikView. Do not download, copy, publish, sell, or redistribute content unless you have the legal right to do so.

If you believe content connected to TikView creates a copyright or rights issue, contact us with the affected URL, a description of the issue, your contact information, and a statement that you are authorized to act on the matter.

Service Availability

TikView is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every public link will resolve, that every public post will return MP4 or MP3 actions, or that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TikView is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages; loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities; or issues caused by third-party platforms, links, content, availability, or user actions.

Termination or Restriction

We may restrict, suspend, or block access to TikView when we believe use of the service violates these Terms, creates abuse risk, harms the service, or may create legal or security issues.

Privacy

Use of TikView is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how TikView handles public-link input, logs, cookies, analytics, and third-party services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TikView after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
